These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all consumers will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.   2. Giveaway Period: The giveaway will run from the 5th February 2022 till 11th February 2022.
  3. 1 winner will be randomly selected and contacted via Facebook for the giveaway.
  4. The one night stay can be redeemed on any date chosen by the winner, provided that the hotel has a room available.
  5. No cash alternatives are offered. No part of the offer is exchangeable for cash.
  6. Excluded from participation are staff and relatives of the Promoter (including its subsidiaries) and cohabiting partners or family of the aforementioned employees.

Who is the data controller?

In this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”), “V.J. Salomone Consumer Lines”, “we”, “us” or “our” means V.J. Salomone Consumer Lines Limited, (a company incorporated in Malta, with registration number C-26986, and with principal offices at 79, Simpson Street, Marsa, Malta).

All personal data obtained by us is held and used in compliance with this Policy, with the Maltese Data Protection Act (as amended by Act No. 586 of 2018), and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereafter referred to as the “GDPR”).
